Long story short, I feel like I just flew through this on the barb, and I got really lucky with my drops… or I guess my question is are drops just better in PD2? What’s your experience been like. Got a unique map and haven’t tried that yet but once I get a couple more res items for max res I plan to give that a go. 0 Item Items 0 Item (s) - 0.00 Log in Games. It requires 4 Socket Polearms and Cham, Sur, Io, Lo Runes. I still need to farm a torch/Annie but I’m having 0 issues clearing tier 1-3 maps. Pride is one of the most powerful runewords in Diablo 2 Resurrected. Also found some good rare rings and a few other uniques like ravens which I slammed with the world stone shards and ended up with some really nice suffixes like life steal, mana steal, enchanced damage, etc. After that I jumped into maps and found a maras. So far the only time I felt under powered was when I got to act 1 Andariel, i spent maybe 2-3 hours farming pit, and ended up finding a reapers toll, areats face, eth sandstorm treks, and string of ears. Went with frenzy to start off and switched to WW at lvl 30. I feel like i got really lucky, as I decided to play a barb which is a class I’ve never played before and I figured it would be a challenge. Decided to give PD2 a shot and went with a class I’ve never played without getting a grush.
I’ve almost always rolled the cookie cutter sorc starter into a hammerdin/smiter.
